Stephen Chang

Stephen Chang is a seasoned engineer with a background in ocean engineering, holding a Bachelor's degree from Florida Institute of Technology. Currently serving as the Lead Engineer for Gulf & East Coast Dredging at Manson Construction Co., Stephen manages quality control for Army Corps of Engineers contracts while coordinating with various stakeholders. Previously, as a Field Engineer, responsibilities included conducting hydrographic surveys and creating technical drawings using AutoCAD. Additionally, experience as an Artist/Instructor at Painting with a Twist showcased Stephen's ability to teach and provide individualized feedback. In leadership roles, Stephen served as the Treasurer for the Student Government Association, overseeing budget management, and contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in ocean engineering.
