Kaustubh Karande

Kaustubh Karande is a skilled Rubber Technologist with extensive experience in the rubber industry. Currently employed at Mansons International Pvt. Ltd. since June 2019, Kaustubh has also served as a Validation Engineer. Prior to this role, Kaustubh worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at United Rubber Industries (I) Pvt. Ltd. from December 2018 to May 2019, focusing on product testing for various endurance and pressure tests and overseeing in-depth testing of rubber compounds and products. Earlier experience includes a project as a Rubber Technologist at Polyrub Cooper Standard FTS Pvt Ltd from June 2018 to December 2018. Kaustubh holds a Diploma of Education in Rubber Technology from Government Polytechnic College, Mumbai, completed between 2016 and 2018.
