Chloe W. is an accomplished product manager and angel investor with extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as a product manager at Manta Cares since May 2025 and as an angel investor at Fig Tree Capital LLC since 2021, Chloe has previously held significant product management roles at Forma and Gusto, where contributions included developing innovative user experiences and enhancing product strategies. Notably, at Forma, Chloe led company-wide initiatives and created frameworks that improved product release processes. Prior experience also includes investment banking at Barclays, where Chloe was involved in preparing technology companies for IPOs and impact investing consultancy at Echoing Green. Chloe holds a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and a degree in Social Enterprise Management and Impact Investing from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, alongside studies at Sciences Po and Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
