Siraj Anaa Jibicho

Siraj Anaa Jibicho is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in consulting, social entrepreneurship, and community engagement. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Manta Cares since July 2025, Siraj previously worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, focusing on private equity M&A, customer experience, and enterprise technology in fintech and retail. As a Co-Founder of Didómi from 2019 to 2024, Siraj contributed to a global social enterprise aimed at improving water access, receiving recognition from major media outlets. Additional experience includes a role as a Community Outreach member at Boys & Girls Clubs of America and various internships and fellowships, including at Bread and Butter Ventures and the United States Senate under Senator Al Franken. Siraj holds degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Pomona College and has further education from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
