Pekka Salokangas

Pekka Salokangas is an experienced management consultant with a strong background in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a management consultant at Mantec and as the owner of HighGain Oy, Pekka provides change management support and documentation services. Previous experience includes a position on the Board of Directors at Consti Group, and managing director at Relacom Finland Oy, where a nationwide telecom service provider was successfully led. Additional roles include partnership and consulting positions at Planstone Oy and Wiltrain Consulting Oy, division director at ISS Finland, managing director at Talotek Oy, and marketing manager at Onninen. Pekka holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Tampere, obtained in 1989.
