Bill Kelley

Bill "BK" Kelley has extensive experience in leadership and management roles, currently serving as Vice President & Division Manager, Executive Director, Program Director, and Program Manager at ManTech International Corporation since January 2007. Prior to this, Bill held the position of Managing Board Director at TeMa, LLC, an 8(a) joint venture between ManTech and Technik, from September 2017 to August 2022. Bill's earlier career includes roles as General Manager at The Home Depot, Strategic Business Consultant at BSK Consulting, and Sales Engineer at GenTech Development Corp. Bill began a career at The Boeing Company as Engineer/Scientist before progressing to Associate Engineer/Scientist. Academic credentials include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
