John Judge

John Judge, PMP, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leading strategic pursuit solutions in the government sector. Currently serving as Executive Director of Strategic Pursuit Solutions at ManTech, John oversees delivery for large GSA FEDSIM acquisitions in the DoD, Intel, and FedCiv sectors. Previous roles include Director of the FEDSIM Center of Excellence Solutions Lead and Program Director for IT transformation at the Department of Homeland Security. With a career spanning over three decades, John has held prominent positions such as President of Carnegie Technology Group, Vice President at RSR International, and Director of Product Management at Cvent. John's technical expertise is complemented by a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, having earned a BS from Carnegie Mellon University.
