Johnnie Sharp

Johnnie Sharp, Jr. serves as the Technical Executive Director at ManTech since February 2025, focusing on IT transformation, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives for federal civilian agencies. Prior to this role, Johnnie had an extensive career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation from December 1998 to February 2025, progressing through various senior executive positions including Assistant Director of the IT Infrastructure Division, where leadership was provided to over 1,200 personnel managing critical IT operations. Additional roles included Special Agent in Charge of the Birmingham Division, Section Chief of the Operational Technology Division, and participation in the Counterterrorism Division, demonstrating a robust background in investigations and crisis management. Earlier in Johnnie’s career, law enforcement experience was gained at the Knoxville Police Department and Knox County Sheriff’s Department. Johnnie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Tennessee and several certifications from prestigious institutions.
