Matt Mardeusz is a seasoned technical recruiter with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Recruiter at ManTech International Corporation since September 2017, Mardeusz focuses on providing innovative solutions for national defense and homeland security clients. Prior to this role, Mardeusz held key positions at Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included the full life cycle recruiting for the Intelligence Operations & Technology and Cyber & Data Solutions Divisions. Earlier career experience includes roles at Superior Group, Perot Systems, and Staffing Now, where Mardeusz developed a strong foundation in sourcing and recruiting IT and engineering professionals.
