Nicole Smith

Nicole Smith is an experienced professional in the fields of data and AI, currently serving as Executive Director of the Data and AI Practice at ManTech since January 2024, where responsibilities include shaping the company's AI Consulting vision and driving business development. Prior to this role, Nicole amassed over two decades of experience at IBM, culminating as WW Data & AI Practice Leader for AI Governance and Regulatory Technologies, where the focus was on scaling practice initiatives and improving delivery consistency. Additional roles at IBM included management of complex government programs and spearheading innovative Watson AI/ML implementations. Earlier in the career, Nicole worked at PwC as a consultant for SAP Production Planning and Materials Management. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
