Inez Garcia

Inez Garcia is an experienced design and solutions enablement professional currently serving as the Head of Solutions Enablement at Mantel Group since January 2022. Previous roles include Strategic Pursuits Principal and Experience Design Principal at the same company. Inez led the Sydney chapter of This is HCD, a global design community, from June 2021 to June 2023, facilitating events for HCD practitioners. Prior experience includes serving as Experience Design Lead at Bourne Digital, where Inez oversaw the development of customer and employee experiences, and as Experience Strategy & Design Consultant at Hatch. Additionally, Inez founded Content-ED and INEZ Daily, focusing on real estate and online retail, respectively, while also working as a consultant at THE ARTIST GROUP. Earlier career positions include Director at News Corp Australia, Fairfax Media, and Pacific Magazines, emphasizing leadership in creative and digital media. Inez holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Western Sydney University and has completed education at General Assembly Australia.
