Jason Gradkowski

Jason Gradkowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce planning and resource management. Currently serving as Lead Workforce Planner at Mantel Group since July 2021, Jason previously held the position of Resource Manager at Olikka, part of Accenture, from September 2018 to June 2021. Jason's career at ANZ spanned from November 2011 to September 2016, during which roles included Quality Analyst, Benefits Manager, Project Analyst, and Workforce Manager. Earlier experience includes positions as Workforce Manager and Workforce Analyst at Salmat from October 2008 to February 2011. Additionally, Jason has a strong background in canine studies, holding certificates in Dog Behaviour and Training, Canine Myofunctional Therapy, and Animal Studies from various institutions between 2016 and 2018.
