Maria Smyth

Maria Smyth has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Maria started their career as a Clerical Officer at The Office of Public Works in 2002 and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2011, they held various roles at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Ireland, including Human Resources Administrator/Coordinator and Human Resources Partner. In 2012, Maria joined eCareer as a Technical Recruitment Consultant, where they were responsible for account management and end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. In 2015, they transitioned to UniSuper, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner, leading the talent acquisition process for technology and projects positions. Most recently, Maria has been working at Mantel Group since 2020, where their roles have included Talent Partner and currently Talent Lead (Data). Maria has demonstrated their ability to partner with hiring leaders, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top talent throughout their career.

Maria Smyth has a Professional fast-track Diploma in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology, which they obtained in 2019-2020. Maria also has a Bachelors of Arts (Honours) Degree in Business Management (Human Resource Management) from Dublin Business School, obtained in 2004-2009. In addition, Maria holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management and Legal Studies from Westmoreland College, obtained in 2003-2004, and a Certificate in Business and Computer Applications from Colaiste Ide, Dublin, earned in 2001-2002. Maria has also completed the LevelUp Program at Level Up Your Leadership with BoldHR™, but the date of completion is unspecified.
