Paul Gardiner is a co-founder of Terra Nova, a company specializing in master planning within the eco tourism and adventure industries. At The Mantis Collection, Paul holds the title of CEO for Mantis Collection & Bear Grylls Location Based Entertainment, focusing on hotels, eco lodges, adventure, and entertainment. Additionally, Paul serves as the Marketing Director and CEO of Beyond Africa. Paul also holds the position of Managing Director at the Bear Grylls Survival Academy.
