Giovanni Diano

Giovanni Diano has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Giovanni currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Mantis Innovation and Financial Advisor at Lionshield, both starting in 2023. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Director at Media Payments Group, Inc from 2020. Giovanni also served as a Director at Upper Hand from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they held the position of SVP Finance Director - Merchant Acquiring at Woodforest National Bank from 2020 to 2023.

In terms of their earlier career, Giovanni worked at Paysafe Group from 2017 to 2020, holding the positions of SVP Alliances and Partner Management, Payment Processing, and later as the Global Chief Financial Officer - Payment Processing Division. Giovanni oversaw financial operations and expanded the scope of payment processing internationally. Prior to Paysafe Group, they were the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Merchants' Choice Payment Solutions from 2010 to 2017, where they were responsible for financial reporting, accounting practices, and strategic planning.

Giovanni also gained experience at National Processing Company, where they served as the Sr. Vice President - Finance from 2002 to 2010. Giovanni managed financial analysis, enterprise reporting, and played a role in merger and acquisition activities. Earlier in their career, they worked at Continental Airlines as a Manager - Financial Systems from 1999 to 2002, and at Kirby Corporation as a Business Systems Analyst from 1997 to 1999.

Giovanni Diano's education history includes an MBA in Finance from Rice University, which they obtained between 1998 and 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin from 1990 to 1995.
