Janet McCracken Beard is an experienced executive with a strong background in employee development, training, and human resources. As CEO of Employers Edge, Inc. since August 1991, Janet has led the company in its national expansion, specializing in consulting and performance management across multiple states. In addition, Janet serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Mantis Innovation Group since June 2020, overseeing HR functions for its affiliated companies. Previously, Janet held the position of Vice President at Shomex from September 1985 to September 1991 and worked as a Recruiter and Branch Manager at Thor from September 1983 to September 1985.
