Roxanna Meraz, SHRM-CP

Roxanna Meraz, SHRM-CP, has work experience as a Human Resources Manager at Mantis Innovation since June 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at EMEX, LLC from May 2018 to June 2021. Before joining EMEX, LLC, they served as a Senior Financial Analyst at the same company from February 2012 to May 2018.

Roxanna Meraz, SHRM-CP, completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Houston from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university.

In addition to their formal education, Roxanna has also acquired additional certifications. Roxanna completed the Human Resources Management Certificate Program offered by Rice University's Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies in May 2020. Later that year, in August, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
