Tania Monico

Tania Monico has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Tania started their career in 2009 as an Office Administrator at Cindy Shelton, CPA, PLLC, where they worked until 2015. During their time there, they gained experience in managing office operations.

In 2015, Tania joined EEOC as a Reading Assistant intern. In this role, they worked closely with experienced investigators and specialists on a variety of assignments, including analyzing discrimination-related cases and providing assistance with charge intake and investigations. Tania'sinternship ended in September 2015.

Following their internship, Tania joined Tramontina USA, Inc. as a Customer Support Specialist. Tania held this position from September 2015 until February 2018. During their time at Tramontina USA, Inc., they provided support to customers, ensuring their concerns were addressed promptly and accurately.

In 2018, Tania joined Mantis Innovation as a Financial & Accounting Analyst. In this role, they utilized their expertise in financial analysis and accounting to support the company's financial operations. Tania then transitioned into the role of Accounting Manager in May 2022, where they oversee accounting functions.

Throughout their career, Tania Monico has gained valuable experience in office administration, customer support, financial analysis, and accounting.

Tania Monico pursued their education from 2011 to 2015 at the University of Houston, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies. In March 2022, they also obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life, and Variable Annuities from the institution Our Infinite Company.
