Simon Head

Simon Head currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at DKK Partners and retains the role of Global Head of Talent & HR, in addition to overseeing Legal. Previously, Simon was a Partner and Co-Head of FICC at Mantis Partners, where responsibilities included building the firm's presence in fixed income, currencies, and commodities markets. Prior to that, Simon held various leadership positions at Pure Search, including Head of Global Markets and Managing Director of Legal, Risk & Compliance. Earlier career highlights include serving as Deputy Managing Director at Correlate Search and Vice President at The Omerta Group, focusing on FX and emerging markets. Simon's educational background includes an MSc in Economics from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA from Kingston University, along with studies at multiple French universities.
