Fabio Zurcher

Fabio Zurcher has extensive work experience in the field of formulation science and catalyst research and development. Fabio is currently working as the Lead Formulation Scientist at Mantle Inc. since September 2019. Before joining Mantle Inc., Fabio worked at Siluria Technologies, Inc. where they held various roles including Senior Director of Catalyst R&D and Scale-up from February 2017 to June 2019, Director of Catalyst R&D and Scale-up from February 2012 to February 2017, Research Manager from June 2011 to February 2012, and Principal Scientist from October 2009 to June 2011. Prior to their time at Siluria Technologies, Fabio worked at Kovio Inc. as the Ink Development Manager from July 2006 to January 2010 and as a Staff Chemist from October 2001 to July 2006. Fabio also has academic research experience, having worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley from March 1999 to March 2001 and as a Postdoctoral Fellow and PhD student at ETH Zurich from February 1998 to March 1999 and April 1993 to February 1998 respectively.

Fabio Zurcher began their education in 1983 at Liceo Cantonale Lugano, where they completed high school. Fabio then went on to ETH Zürich, where they obtained a BS/MS degree in Chemistry from 1988 to 1993. Continuing their education at ETH Zürich, Fabio Zurcher pursued a PhD in Chemistry and successfully completed it from 1993 to 1998.
