Desy Lestari

Desy Lestari is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in both clinical and human resource roles. Currently, Desy serves as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at PsyKay Indonesia and Mantra Care, while also being the Psychologist and Owner of PT Humanis Multi Dimensi, which specializes in HR consulting and psychology services. Desy's prior roles include HRBP Manager for PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and development, and HR Manager at Gold's Gym Indonesia, managing a large workforce across multiple locations. Additionally, Desy has held various HR positions with TAL Apparel Limited and PT Parazelsus Indonesia, focusing on recruitment and organizational development. Desy holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Universitas Tarumanagara, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
