Noor Pinna has a wealth of experience in the mental health field. Noor began their career in 2012 as a Consultant- Cultural Diversity Trainer at the Foreign Service Institute. In 2013, they worked as a PCT/ Group Therapy Assistant at Saint Francis Hospital. From 2014-2015, Noor Pinna worked as a PROS Therapist and Family Support Specialist/ MA, LMHC at Access: Supports for Living. During this time, they also worked as an Independent Mental Health Consultant at the U.S. Embassy- Kabul - Women & Civil Society- Public Affairs and as a Guest Presenter at Northern Virginia Community College. In 2015, Noor Pinna opened their own practice, Noor Pinna Therapy, where they worked as an Individual Therapist. In 2016, they began working as an Adjunct Professor at Mount Saint Mary College and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Talkspace - Online Therapy. Finally, in 2022, Noor Pinna began working as a Mental Health Therapist at Mantra Health.
Noor Pinna has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Psychology specializing in Counseling from Capella University, which they earned from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology with Art Therapy from Fordham University from 2002 to 2005.
