Gaspard Droz

Gaspard Droz is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Mantra, a cyber security startup that focuses on email security solutions. Prior to this role, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company from 2017 to 2020. Gaspard also founded Line, a web agency providing web development and web marketing services, from 2014 to 2017. Gaspard successfully managed a team of five employees and sold the business to a competitor. Before that, Gaspard was the CEO and Co-founder of Monsieur Marcel, an e-commerce startup dedicated to men's lifestyle, from 2012 to 2014. Gaspard raised €100k for the business and achieved annual turnover growth of over 300%. In addition, Gaspard worked as a Maths & Logic Teacher at GROUPE AURLOM from 2012 to 2013.
