B Hari Prasad has a diverse work experience that spans across various organizations and roles. Most recently, they worked as a Program Lead - People and Culture at Mantra4Change. Prior to that, they served as an Operations Manager at Netskill Academy, where they were responsible for admissions, arranging webinars, and facilitating sessions. They also worked as a Senior Program Executive at Masai School, conducting interviews, improving admissions processes, and providing guidance counseling to students. Additionally, they have experience in academic content development at Isha Vidhya, being a Fellow at Teach For India, and serving as an Assistant Manager at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. They have also completed internships at Project FUEL and UltraTech Cement.

B Hari Prasad completed their Post Graduation in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management from NICMAR University in the years 2014-2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering college from 2010-2014.
