Guillaume Teppa

Guillaume Teppa has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 at InterContinental Hotels Group as an Engineering Director Assistant. In 2009, they worked as a Business Development Strategist at Corsair EDA, Inc., and as an Analyst, Consultant, and Business Developer at GAINSystems, Inc. In 2010, they joined Amaris as a Manager and worked their way up to Director in 2017. At Mantu, they served as the Recruitment & Academy Director from March 2020.

Guillaume Teppa started their education by completing Preparatory Classes in Physics and Mathematics at CPGE Lycée Thiers from 2001 to 2003. Guillaume then pursued a degree in Engineering at Arts et Métiers ParisTech, specializing in Mechanics, Fluids, Energy Systems, and Industrial Risk Management from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they obtained a Master of Global Innovation Management from NC State Poole College of Management in 2009, focusing on Entrepreneurship, Business Relationships, Creativity in Management, and Managerial Effectiveness. In the same year, they also completed a Masters in Business Administration at IAE FRANCE – Écoles Universitaires de Management. Additionally, in 2007, they undertook a specific programme in Research and Development Engineering with a concentration in Biomechanics at École de technologie supérieure.
