Michael Ashley

Michael Ashley is an experienced program and operations manager with a diverse background in retail and customer care. Currently serving as a Program Manager at MANUAL since June 2023, Michael previously held positions as Store Operations Manager at Zapp and Retail Manager at Pantechnicon London, where responsibilities included overseeing logistics and retail operations. Michael has also contributed as an Assistant Manager at EDWIN Europe GmbH and as a Freelance Consultant, advising businesses on development and branding. Earlier roles include Retail Area Manager at You Must Create, Content Editor and PR at Northern Monk Brew Co., and founder of Atelier Akeef. Michael began a career in retail operations at Akeef and REPLAY. Academically, Michael holds a BA (Hons) in International Relations from Leeds Beckett University and a certification in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
