Frank Smit

Frank Smit serves as the Global Director of Human Nutrition at Manuchar, a position held since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading global strategy and accelerating growth in the distribution of food additives and ingredients. Prior experience includes roles at Barentz, where Frank held multiple director positions focused on expanding the company’s footprint in Latin America, as well as managing the integration of Barentz South Africa. Frank's background also encompasses leadership positions at Chemelco International B.V. and dotConnectGroup, and entrepreneurial ventures in marketing and business development. Frank possesses an MBA in Marketing Strategy and International Business from EU Business School and has received quality management training.
