Paul Patout

Paul Patout is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Project Superintendent at Manuel Commercial since January 2024. Previously, Paul worked with Magellan Construction, LLC from September 2017 to January 2024 in roles as Superintendent Project Engineer and Traveling Superintendent. From May 2012 to September 2017, Paul was a Senior Superintendent at Maitland Deland PMC, LLC, overseeing daily operations and maintenance for high-value properties. Paul's career includes significant roles at Oncologics and Paul J. Patout Quality Painting, where duties ranged from construction supervision and maintenance to ownership and operation of a successful painting business. Earlier experience includes positions at Weil Construction and Roy J Patout Construction Co., covering a broad spectrum of residential and commercial projects. Paul’s educational background includes studies at USL and Louisiana Technical College, complemented by foundational education at Catholic High School in New Iberia, Louisiana.
