Frank Mehler

Frank Mehler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and engineering. Currently serving as First Vice District Governor for Lions Clubs International since July 2024, Frank actively contributes to community service alongside a part-time role as an Account Executive with the Manufacturer & Business Association's Business Magazine since June 2018. As President and Owner of HBA Project Management LLC since January 2013, Frank specializes in the design and installation of waste water anaerobic digestion equipment. Previously, Frank held leadership positions as Owner/President of National Fab & Machine Inc. from August 1999 to January 2013 and as District Manager at Ferrellgas from July 1990 to August 1999, where management of manufacturing operations and propane plant activities were key responsibilities. Earlier in Frank's career, a marketing management role at Springhill Senior Living helped promote a senior living community in partnership with local health systems. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Business from Mercyhurst University, obtained between 1972 and 1978.
