David Harbaugh, CRCM, has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. David began their career at Countrywide Home Loans as a Loan Acquisitions Manager from November 2004 to September 2007. David then joined Bank of America, where they worked as a Foreclosure Manager from January 2008 to June 2009, and later as a VP, Business Controls Manager from June 2009 to July 2016.

Afterward, Harbaugh moved to City National Bank, where they served as a VP, Sr. Compliance Officer, CRCM from July 2016 to September 2019. Following their time at City National Bank, they joined Wells Fargo as a VP, Operational Risk Consultant from September 2019 to October 2020.

Currently, Harbaugh is working at Manufacturers Bank, holding the position of VP, Compliance Officer from November 2020 to February 2022, and subsequently promoted to SVP, Compliance Manager from February 2022 onwards.

David Harbaugh, CRCM, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. David attended the university from 1998 to 2003.
