Tina Carfaro-Breen, SHRM-CP, is currently the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Manufacturers Reserve Supply Inc. Tina also owns and designs for Sugar Tops LLC, creating hand-stamped jewelry that celebrates family. With a background in sales and marketing, Tina has held various managerial positions in different companies such as ADESA New Jersey and ADESA Corporation. Tina is currently pursuing a Master's in Psychology at Purdue Global, building on their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Throughout their career, Tina has shown a passion for developing talent, implementing change management, and creating employee-centric work cultures.
