Joshua Martinez

Joshua Martinez is a seasoned maintenance and facilities technician with extensive experience in both residential and commercial property maintenance. Since 2015, Joshua has operated as a self-employed small business owner while concurrently holding roles in various companies. Currently, Joshua works as a Lead Maintenance Technician at Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions, Inc, and as a Maintenance Technician for Archway Communities and JLL. Previous positions include maintenance technician roles at DRGinvest and Air Squared, as well as plumbing and facilities technician positions at Design Mechanical, Inc. and Harris Davis Rebar. Joshua possesses a comprehensive skill set in plumbing, HVAC operations, preventative maintenance, and the ability to read architectural and mechanical plans. Education was completed at Lake County High School.
