Shirley serves as the Board Chair for Abbotsford Board of Education and as the Vice Chair at BCPSEA. With a background in Sociology and Adult Education, Shirley has held positions such as Director of Development at Fraser Valley Child Development Centre and Vital Signs Project Manager at SurreyCares Community Foundation. Shirley utilizes their skills and experience to contribute to various organizations in the non-profit sector.
