Ron Clough is currently the V.P. of Manufacturing Services at Manufacturing Works, a company that strengthens manufacturing in Greater Cleveland. Prior to this, Ron was the CEO of Osseon, a medical device company focused on minimally invasive spine procedures. Ron also held roles as VP Operations at Theken Spine/Therics, VP Operations at Durrell Metal Products, Manager of Entrepreneurial Consulting at Ernst & Young, and VP Services at Datavantage. In addition, Ron was the Director of IT at Rent-A-Center and Director IT/Telecommunications at Millard Fillmore Hospitals. Clough graduated from Newberry College with a BS in Business, Accounting, and Industrial Safety.

Manufacturing Works is a community dedicated to the support and success of Northeast Ohio manufacturing companies. For over 30 years, Manufacturing Works has connected business leaders and industry experts who help manufacturing companies thrive by delivering solutions that support their people, enhance productivity, and lead them on a path to prosperity. The foundation of our work as a trusted advisor is the relationships we have with the owners and key employees of small and mid-sized privately held and family-owned manufacturing businesses that are Members of our organization. These relationships have been fostered through regular and continuous personal contact to identify the challenges and opportunities of these businesses and to assist in providing solutions. In addition to serving our Members, we assist manufacturing businesses in the City of Cleveland through the Cleveland Industrial Retention Initiative (CIRI) program. Funded through the City's Department of Economic Development, this program is an integral part of Mayor Frank Jackson's plan to link manufacturing businesses to valuable community resources.
