Aram Nerpouni

Aram Nerpouni has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Aram is currently the Managing Director of Talent at MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network. Prior to this, they served as the President of Outrider Growth Advisors. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at BioEnterprise, first as the Vice President of Strategic Development and then as the President and CEO. Before that, they were the Chief Administrative Officer at Austen BioInnovation Institute in Akron and the Interim Executive Director at BioInnovation Institute in Akron. Aram also held the position of Vice President of Business Development at BioEnterprise. Aram Nerpouni started their career at The Bonne Bell Company, where they served as the Director of International and later as the Director of Marketing.

Aram Nerpouni pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Stanford University, starting in 1988 and completing it in 1992. Later, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2003 to 2005, although the field of study for their MBA is not specified.
