Sarah McLachlan is currently working at Manuka Health as an Apiculture Administration Co-ordinator and Customer Service Officer. Sarah is responsible for providing customer service to New Zealand wholesale/retail & consumer customers and addressing worldwide enquiries, complaints, and adverse events. Sarah also assists with export documentation and collaborates with various internal departments. Prior to their current role, Sarah worked at Craigs Investment Partners as an Investment & Share broking Advisor Assistant, where Sarah was the sole assistant for two Investment Advisers and ensured clients received professional service.
