Christian Leo has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and technology services. Christian has held various leadership positions in reputable companies such as Manulife Indonesia, AIA Indonesia, PT A.J. CENTRAL ASIA RAYA, and PT. Bank Ina Perdana. In their most recent role as Head of Technology Services at Manulife Indonesia, they were responsible for streamlining and aligning IT services and projects with strategic goals and stakeholder needs. Prior to this, they served as the Head of IT Infrastructure at both Manulife Indonesia and AIA Indonesia, where they managed day-to-day operations and ensured alignment with business and technology plans. In their earlier roles, Christian also gained experience in IT operations and support. Overall, Christian has demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure management, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Christian Leo pursued their education at BINUS University from 1998 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science. Additionally, they attended Trisakti University from 2004 to 2006, earning a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
