Rifqi Jamil is currently the Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Head - Vice President at Manulife Indonesia since August 2016. Prior to that, Rifqi held various human capital management positions in reputable companies such as PT. BANK TABUNGAN PENSIUNAN NASIONAL, PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN), PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia (BDI), The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC), PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk., and PT Astra International Tbk. Rifqi's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university.
