Celia Ling

Celia Ling serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Manulife Hong Kong and Macau since November 2023. Previously, Celia held various leadership positions at AIA from May 2013 to November 2023, including Director of Group Health & Wellness Business Development, Director of Digital Strategy for Group Digital, and Chief Customer Officer, where responsibilities encompassed customer experience strategy and brand management. Prior to AIA, Celia contributed to AXA from March 2004 to April 2013, focusing on branding, corporate communications, and distribution management. Early career experience at Allianz Insurance involved roles in marketing and corporate communications. Celia holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Government & Public Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Certificate in Chinese Law from The University of Hong Kong.
