Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Manulife Hong Kong and Macau since February 2022, Charlton has previously held significant roles at companies such as Xero, Auckland Council, Datacom, and HSBC, contributing to various technology transformation projects and core banking revamps. Charlton's professional background is supported by a Master’s degree in Multimedia and Edutainment Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as a Certificate of Bank Lending from the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.
