Joyce Au

Joyce Au serves as the Assistant Vice President of Underwriting Transformation at Manulife Hong Kong and Macau since August 2025. Previously, Joyce Au held the position of Executive Director of Global Digital Underwriting and Director of Underwriting Innovation at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated from March 2022 to September 2025. From September 2018 to March 2022, Joyce Au was Senior Manager of Digital Underwriting at FWD Insurance. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Manager of Individual Health Underwriting at AXA from September 2016 to September 2018, and as a Consultant in Underwriting Research and Product Development at Reinsurance Group of America from October 2014 to August 2016. Joyce Au's career began as a Registered Nurse at the Department of Health HK from August 2009 to September 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from The University of Hong Kong and a General Mediator Training Course from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
