Sharon Periña-Flores

Sharon Periña-Flores is a results-oriented professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and software testing. Currently serving as a Senior Software Technical Analyst/Test Manager at Manulife Philippines since July 2021, Sharon has a proven track record of leading QA teams and developing comprehensive testing strategies. Prior to this role, Sharon was an Associate Manager at Accenture, where responsibilities included leading QA teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing user acceptance testing. Additionally, Sharon gained valuable experience at SilverSky, where roles included Team Lead in Software QA and various engineering positions. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
