Thang Nguyen

Thang Nguyen is an accomplished leader in business strategy and analytics with extensive experience in the insurance and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of PD Compensation, Contest Management, and MIS at Manulife Vietnam since July 2024, Thang drives compensation and campaign strategies that have tripled revenue while reducing costs by 30%, and has implemented data automation within MIS functions. Previously, Thang held the position of Head of PD Strategy, Business Intelligence, and Analytics at AIA Vietnam, leading a team of seven in delivering comprehensive analytical functions and strategies for business measurement. Thang has also managed significant projects such as the Enterprise Data Transformation Project, earning recognition as Employee of the Year. With a solid background in analytics and strategic planning from positions at notable companies like Wall Street English Vietnam and Prudential Vietnam Assurance, Thang holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City, along with additional qualifications in Information Technology and Business Communication.
