Al-Karim Khaki

Al-Karim Khaki is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and architecture within the financial services sector. Currently serving as AVP of Enterprise Architecture for Global Wealth and Asset Management Technology at Manulife since April 2010, Al-Karim leads a comprehensive architecture team to align technology with business strategies and foster an innovative application ecosystem. Previous roles at Manulife include AVP for Development and Quality Assurance and AVP for Solutions Architecture, where Al-Karim oversaw the creation of technical solutions and guided project execution. Prior to Manulife, Al-Karim held the position of Systems Director/Application Architect at John Hancock Financial Services, focusing on the application architecture for the US Life Insurance division. Al-Karim began a career as a Systems Analyst and Technical Lead at Foresters Financial. Al-Karim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Computer Science from Ryerson University.
