Elina Shen

Elina Shen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee experience solutions and HR systems management. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience Solutions in Global HR at Manulife since July 2022, Elina previously held significant roles at Brookfield Asset Management, including HRIS Manager and HRIS Support Service Lead from March 2016 to July 2022. Prior experience also includes positions at Shoppers Drug Mart as a Senior Business Analyst, HR System Analyst, and Talent Analyst from May 2011 to March 2016, as well as an internship as a Business/Data Analyst at CPP Investment Board in 2010. Elina holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Toronto.
