Erica Hall

Erica Hall is an experienced leader in client relations and product marketing, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Client Relations GRS at Manulife since January 2012. Erica oversees teams that enhance the customer journey, focusing on client onboarding, day-to-day servicing, member education, and retirement planning. Previous roles at Manulife include Director of Product Marketing and Assistant Vice President, where Erica managed education and presale initiatives. With a career at Manulife beginning in 2001, positions also include National Service Consultant, Manager of Client Relations and Operations, and Communications Manager. Prior to Manulife, Erica worked at Nortel Networks as a Product Marketing Manager and at Waterloo Bedding as a Production Coordinator. Erica holds qualifications from the Canadian Securities Institute and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, having obtained a degree from Western University.
