Hania Amad

Hania Amad currently serves as the AVP of Technology Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery at Manulife since August 2022. Prior to this role, Hania held various leadership positions at RBC, including Head of Strategic Initiatives in Technology and Operations, and Head of Transformation Enablement and Shared Services within RBC Wealth Management. Hania also worked at TD as Head of Cyber Portfolio, Strategy and Planning, Technology Risk Management, and Information Security, where responsibilities included serving as Chief of Staff for the CISO and overseeing a global team of 600 cybersecurity specialists. Additionally, Hania's experience includes a role as Director of Technology and Business Transformation in Cyber and Information Security at CIBC. Hania holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from McGill University.
