Heather Rosenthal is a seasoned professional in technology governance and business transformation with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as AVP Global Technology Governance & Control and AVP Global Technology Delivery Strategy Transformation at Manulife since September 2022, Heather has previously held key leadership roles at C2Montreal as VP of Digital and Business Transformation and at Rogers Communications in various capacities including Senior Director of Digital Delivery and Operations, where initiatives focused on Agile Transformation and process excellence were implemented. Heather's career also includes positions at Expedia Group and SCIEX, along with foundational roles at Ceridian LifeWorks Canada and Lifeline. Heather holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto and has further education from George Brown College.
