Mike Dallas

Mike Dallas serves as SVP and Global Head of Employee Experience at Manulife Financial Corporation since October 2019, leading a team of over 100 professionals globally and reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to this, Mike served as an Independent HR Consultant and Executive Coach from July 2019 to April 2024, and held various senior HR roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from January 2015 to July 2019, including SVP HR Sales Effectiveness and Senior Vice President HR Business Partner. Mike's extensive experience in human resources spans multiple leadership positions at HP and Compaq, focusing on strategic HR practices, workforce management, and compensation design. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Marketing from Penn State University.
