Noelle R. currently serves as AVP of Global AI Strategy & Initiatives at Manulife, leading the enterprise Artificial Intelligence strategy and overseeing a multi-million dollar AI program to support organizational transformation. Previously, Noelle was Head of Global AI Strategy & Initiatives at Slalom, where responsibilities included translating client strategies into actionable insights in customer analytics. Earlier experience includes roles as a Principal in Salesforce + Analytics Solution Engineering and Strategy & Operations at Slalom, as well as consulting positions at Optimus SBR, and a business systems analyst role at Sun Life Financial. Noelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from De La Salle University.
